Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 溝が形成された絶縁材料からなる保持枠と
、溝の両端部を貫通して保持枠に植設された２本
の端子と、該溝内に取付けられ両端部がそれぞれ
の端子に電気的に接続され且つ固定された圧電振
動素子とを備え、溝の両端部の近傍で且つ２本の
端子の内側に位置する溝の内壁に、圧電振動素子
を介して対向する一対の突起をそれぞれ設け、溝
の中の空間を該二対の突起によつて、圧電振動素
子の振動部分の周囲に形成された振動部と、圧電
振動素子と端子を接続する接合剤が充填された接
続部とに仕切つたことを特徴とする圧電振動子。 (2) 振動部が空洞である請求項１の圧電振動子
