Reference numeral 2 denotes a horizontally elongated main body, which is composed of a rectangular cylindrical body 2A and left and right side plates 2B and 2C stretched over both end surfaces of the body 2A. are installed in succession. 2E is a preheated air passage formed at the front corner of the main body 2, and is formed by an inclined plate 2E' stretched inside the front corner of the main body 2.
An air inlet 2 is provided at the left end of this preheating air passage 2E.
E'', a preheating air passage connecting pipe 2E is connected to the right end, and this connecting pipe is further connected to the combustion burner 3. 2F is a secondary flame guide provided at the rear part of the main body 2. A chimney attachment port 2G is installed on the upper surface of this flame guide 2F. 2H is a drain port. 4 is a combustion chamber disposed inside the main body 2, and a horizontally long cylindrical body 4A. It is composed of left and right side plates 4B and 4C stretched over both ends of the body 4A, and the right side plate 4C has a burner mounting hole 4.
C' is opened, and the burner 3 is attached to this attachment port 4C'. 5 is the combustion chamber 4 mentioned above.
A primary water chamber is attached to the outer periphery of the main body 2, and both end surfaces of this water chamber are open into the main body 2. 6 is a primary side flame guide attached to the outer periphery of this primary side water chamber 5;
It is composed of a cylindrical body 6A and side plates 6B and 6C stretched over both end faces of the cylindrical body, and communicates with the combustion chamber 4 through a primary flame outlet 7. And this one
The outer peripheral surface of the secondary flame guide 6 and the preheated air passage 2E or the secondary flame guide 2F are configured to have a predetermined distance D between them. Further, the primary flame guide 6 and the secondary flame guide 2F are communicated through a secondary flame outlet 8. Reference numeral 9 denotes a circulation pipe, one end of which is connected to the main body 2, while the other end is connected to the strainer 9.
A, it is connected to a hot water injection pipe 10 attached to the hopper 2D via a hot water circulation pump 9B and a valve 9C. Reference numeral 9D designates a roof snow melting hot water hose attachment port which is branched and connected to the pump 9 as necessary. 11 is a ball tap, 12 is an overflow pipe, 12A is an overflow internal pipe, 1
Reference numeral 3 indicates a heating prevention thermometer attachment part, 14 a water level limiter attachment part, and 15 a hot water thermometer. In addition,
The main body 2 serves as a secondary water chamber. Supply tap water or ground water to the main body 2 until the ball tap 11 is activated, ignite it with the combustion burner 3, and burn it.
The combustion gas emitted from the combustion chamber 4 heats the primary water chamber 5, passes through the primary flame outlet 7, and heats the main body, which is the secondary water chamber. In addition, the temperature rises in a short time by dissipating heat in the secondary flame guide 2F, which has a larger heat transfer area than the primary flame guide 6, so after confirming that combustion has stopped using a temperature thermostat, start throwing snow from the hopper 2D. Start. 2
Due to the temperature rise inside the main body, which is the next water chamber, the snow melts immediately while being thrown, and the hot water circulation pump 9B is operated to promote the melting of the thrown snow through the hot water injection pipe 10 attached to the hopper. In addition, as a combined operation with this operation, the hose connected to the roof snow melting hot water hose attachment port 9D using a hot water injection pipe or valve operation 9D' can be used as an ice and snow melting device to melt snow on the roof and icicles on the eaves. As a safety device, if the exhaust gas becomes abnormally overheated, a thermostat attached to the overheating prevention thermostat attachment part 13 is activated to stop combustion. In addition, when the water level decreases, combustion is stopped by the water level limiter attached to the water level limiter attachment part 14. In addition, when the water level rises when snow is thrown, the overflow pipe 12 is taken out from a low-temperature part and the water is allowed to flow into the drainage ditch, so that the water does not freeze after the snow melts, and there is no danger to passersby. A hot water thermometer is also installed to check the hot water temperature even during operation. Further, the preheating air passage 2E improves combustion efficiency due to the drop in temperature during winter by utilizing the temperature inside the main body, which is a secondary side water chamber, and sucking warm air into the burner to improve combustion efficiency.
