(Field of Industrial Application) This invention relates to hair care products such as hair growth and nourishment, and more specifically, it uses a common edible plant, Augelica Keiskei Koidz, and extracts the whole plant, which necessarily contains the underground part. The main component is
The object of the present invention is to provide a hair-growth and other beautifying agent that is extremely safe by eliminating side effects and is highly effective in hair growth, prevention of gray hair, anti-hair loss, etc. by activating skin, especially scalp functions. (Prior Art and Its Disadvantages) In general, as people age after reaching adulthood, the aging phenomenon accelerates, and the problems of sparse hair, hair loss, and gray hair that accompany this aging phenomenon become a major problem, especially for men. On the other hand, in recent years, life in general has become full of stress,
In particular, the age at which aging begins is decreasing due to overwork of workers as work becomes more sophisticated and complicated, and on the other hand, due to gourmet food (high-calorie, high-carbohydrate foods). , problems such as gray hair are also becoming younger. Recently, even minors such as school children and students are showing symptoms that are considered to be signs of aging, and in fact, according to a survey by the Ministry of Education, physical strength peaks at the age of 17 and then declines. In particular, a particularly peculiar phenomenon among schoolchildren and students is the weakening of the skin and hair caused by increased body fat caused by high consumption of gourmet foods (high calorie, high carbohydrate foods) and processed foods containing additives. In other words, the number of men suffering from hair loss and gray hair is rapidly increasing, especially among younger age groups. Various cosmetic compositions have been developed to solve hair preservation problems such as hair growth, but the mechanism of action of most of them is that they stimulate the skin at the hairline, especially the hair roots, and cause damage to the hair roots. The aim was to promote blood flow in the surrounding area and supply nutrients to the scalp, or to prevent dryness of the scalp by incorporating moisturizers and to solve hair beauty problems such as hair growth. In addition, physically hitting the scalp with a brush or the like to stimulate it has the same purpose, and it also uses drugs or herbal medicine ingredients that are expected to activate cells or prevent scalp inflammation. Although these are common methods, none of them can be expected to have a definite effect, so conventional hair growth products generally contain several types of ingredients to meet their respective purposes. For example, ethanol, female hormones, vitamins
B 6 , vitamin E, pantothenic acid, capsicum tincture, chili pepper tincture, Japanese cabbage extract, hinokitiol, cephalanthine, photosensitizer, ordokinin, etc. are usually mixed in three or more types. At present, there is no superior hair growth or hair cultivation method that exceeds the combination of the above two methods. However, the efficacy of these drugs and herbal medicine ingredients for external use is rarely clear, and as a result, the hair growth effect of conventional commercially available products when used externally is
For the most part, it has not produced the results expected. In addition, there is a tendency that these various ingredients mentioned above have been easily and repeatedly used in order to obtain approval from the Ministry of Health and Welfare as a hair growth agent, assuming that there is a precedent for their formulation. Furthermore, these conventional cosmetics for hair growth, etc., contain multiple ingredients, so they tend to cause hypersensitivity reactions due to skin irritation effects, which can cause rashes, inflammation, and damage to the scalp and hair in some people. In some cases, there were disadvantages such as excessive drying, which had the opposite effect. (Solution) By the way, this inventor has been researching edible plants for a long time, and in the process, he discovered Angelica
eiskei Koidz)
It was discovered that a hair-growth, hair-nourishing, and other hair-beautifying agent that contains an extract extracted with hot water at 15 to 80°C as an essential ingredient has excellent hair-growth, hair-nourishing, and other beautifying effects even when used alone. This invention was developed based on the discovery that because there are only a few, there is less chance of rash or damage to the head, and the drawbacks of the conventional methods can therefore be overcome. (Structure of the Invention) Angelica Keigkei Koidz used in this invention is a perennial plant of the Umbelliferae family that is usually provided as food, and grows mainly on Izu Oshima and Hachijo Island, and its leaves and stems are usually eaten. In this invention, the whole plant part of Angelica Keiskei Koidz, which always contains the underground part, is used. In this invention, Ashitaba (Angelica)
There is also experimental knowledge that it is preferable to always use underground parts such as the roots of KeiskeiKoidz (KeiskeiKoidz) to increase the effect. In order to use the whole plant part, which necessarily contains the underground part, as an essential component of the hair care product for hair growth and nourishment according to the present invention, an extract or extract powder is obtained by the extraction method described below. Note that the extraction method is not limited to the following example. First, thoroughly wash the whole plant, which always contains the underground part, and cut it into small pieces. Add about 10 times the amount of warm water (15 to 80°C), leave it at a constant temperature overnight, and filter it to obtain a filtrate. This is used as an essential component of the present invention either as it is or after being concentrated to about 1/10 volume by a method such as reduced pressure. The reason why hot water is used for extraction in this invention is that photosensitizing allergen substances, such as furocoumarins, which have a safety problem for the skin, will not be extracted if hot water is used for extraction. Further, the temperature of this hot water is preferably 15 to 80°C, more preferably 40 to 50°C. The reason for this is that hot water extraction at temperatures exceeding 80°C causes effective substances with low boiling points to vaporize and transpire, reducing the effectiveness. On the other hand, extraction with hot water below 15°C will not extract the active ingredients and the desired effect cannot be expected. Therefore, only the active ingredients can be extracted most efficiently and reliably when extracted with hot water at 40 to 50°C. The extract obtained in this way, its concentrated liquid, or its dry powder is a peroxide of linoleic acid that is produced when a certain amount of linoleic acid is used, a certain amount of air is blown in for a certain period of time, and a certain amount of heat is continued. When comparing the effect of inhibiting dl-α-tocopherol (vitamin E) in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, for example, the effect of linoleic acid peroxide in the extract of the leaf stem of Ashitaba japonica (when an equal amount of vitamin E is mixed with linoleic acid in advance). The oxide inhibition rate is several times higher than that of vitamin E. This fact can be inferred to be effective against scalp sebum peroxidation, which is one of the causes of hair loss and gray hair, but this is also a future challenge for the inventor. Moreover, in this invention, it has been experimentally learned that the effect is enhanced by always using underground parts such as roots. The inventors are currently actively investigating the reason for this, and elucidating it will be an important future issue. However, the components contained in the underground part of Angelica (Keiskei Koidz) are different from those contained in the above-ground part, especially in the underground part. It is rich in components such as biotin and vitamin B12 , which are only contained in trace amounts in the above-ground parts, and it is presumed that the effect is due to the action or interaction of these. With this invention, Ashitaba (Angelica Keiskei)
It is desirable that the amount of the concentrated solution containing the leaves and stems of Koidz, or its dry powder or extract, added to the hair tonic is 3 to 10 w/v%, calculated as a 1% aqueous solution. The reason for this is that the effect of the present invention cannot be achieved sufficiently when the content is less than 3w/v%, and conversely, even when the content exceeds 10w/v%, the effect is greater than that of a 10w/v% blend. Based on the fact that it does not increase. Further, in the present invention, any other ingredients may be mixed in order to increase the hair growth effect of Angelica Keigkei Koidz. This formulation includes ethanol, female hormones, vitamin B6 , vitamin E, pantothenic acid,
All of the ingredients that are usually included in hair growth products such as capsicum tincture, chili pepper tincture, Jasperia japonica extract, hinokitiol, cephalantin, photosensitizer, and ordokinin can be mentioned. To prepare the hair growth and nourishing hair beauty product of the present invention by mixing such ingredients, it is sufficient to follow a conventional method, and the final form can be any hair tonic, hair cream, hair treatment, hair oil, etc. form can be adopted. (Effects) As detailed above, this invention provides hair growth, hair growth, and hair growth benefits using an extract obtained by extracting the whole plant of Angelica Keiskei Koidz (Angelica Keiskei Koidz), which always contains the underground part, with hot water at a temperature of 15 to 80°C. Since it is a hair ingredient, this ingredient alone or mixed with at most one other ingredient has hair growth and beautifying effects, so unlike conventional hair growth and nurturing hair beauty products that use a multi-ingredient mixture, it is effective for the scalp. It is a hair beauty product that can exert effects such as hair growth and nourishment while preventing the side effects of hair loss. Moreover, since there is no problem with safety, it can be used for a long period of time, and the longer the period, the more effective it can be. Next, by describing examples and test examples,
The effects of this invention will be made clearer. Examples and Comparative Examples 1, 2, and 3 (Example) Prepare 2 kg of dried whole plant part of Ashitaba, crush this dried substance, and add hot water (40 to 50℃) to this crushed substance.
Added 10 liters and extracted overnight at constant temperature. Thereafter, this was filtered, the filtrate was concentrated to 1/10, and the extract was dried under reduced pressure to obtain 660 g of green powder. Using this powder as a 10% aqueous solution, a hair tonic was prepared according to the following formulation and subjected to testing. Ethanol 34.5% Fragrance 0.5% Purified water 62% Acitabella extract aqueous solution 3% Comparative Example 1 A hair tonic was prepared in the same manner as in Example, except that the pulverized product of dried Acutella aspenica was extracted with hot water at 100°C. Comparative Example 2 A hair tonic having the same composition as in the example was prepared except that the aqueous solution of Acetabella extract in the formulation of the hair tonic in the example was replaced with a 10% aqueous solution of pharmacopoeia assemblage powder. Comparative Example 3 Angelica Keiskei was used as a raw material.
A hair tonic was prepared in the same manner as in the example except that 2 kg of dried aerial parts (plant stems) of C. nigra (Koidz) were used. Test Example 1 The hair tonic obtained in Example was administered to 30 men aged 22 to 51 who were suffering from hair loss (Group 1) and (Group 2).
After bathing and washing their hair every day, they thoroughly wiped their hair with a dry towel and applied the required amount to their hair. The first group has a lot of hair loss. The second group has thin hair in some areas. The third group has thin hair all over the head. The results after 3 weeks are shown in Table 1 below.

結果をまとめて第2表及び第3表に示す。[Table] The hair removal test was judged by the number of hairs remaining on the towel after washing the hair during bathing and then rubbing the hair with a dry towel. In addition, the time of hair washing, the hair washing method, and the number of times the hair was wiped with a towel were also kept constant. The individual's awareness of hair growth and growth was confirmed through an interview, and the individual's awareness of the effectiveness was determined by a third party visually confirming the state of hair growth on the head at the same time. Effective information regarding hair growth and hair restoration includes those that are based solely on the person's awareness and do not involve confirmation by a third party. Test Example 2 A total of 30 men with slightly thin hair between the ages of 25 and 55 were treated with the Example 1 application group (Group 1), the Comparative Example 1 application group (Group 2), and the Comparative Example 2 application group (Group 3). group)
They were divided into groups of 110 people and asked questions about the improvement after 3 months and 6 months after applying the same method as in Test Example 1. The results are summarized in Tables 2 and 3.
