Two mendo tiles A, each having a side door portion 2 that can fit into the valley of the roofing material 4 on the lower surface of the eave side end of the Waterproof protrusions 3 are provided protrudingly on the upper surface of the ridge side end portions of the main body 1 that are connected to each other, and a V-shaped cutting groove 5 is provided between the pair of waterproof protrusions 3, as described above. This configuration solves the drawbacks of the conventional example. In other words, by providing the waterproof protrusion 3 on the upper surface of the ridge side end of the mento tile A, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the interior beyond the ridge side end, and by cutting it with the cutting groove 5, the two surfaces can be separated. This allows for smooth cutting into door tile A.

In this embodiment, a ventilation opening 10 is formed between the left and right ridges 9 to provide a ventilation function in the ridge. A mento tile A obtained by cutting a large-sized tile B for a mento tile according to the present invention is mounted on the ridge 9, and a cap 12 is mounted on the mento tile A. This side door tile A is made of ceramic material, and is provided with a side door part 2 that can fit into the valley of the roofing material 4 at the eave side end of the flat tile body 1. A waterproof protrusion 3 having a mountain-shaped cross section is provided at the ridge side end to protrude across the width direction. Two mento tiles A are molded together, and as shown in Fig. 2 a and b, the ridge side ends of the tile body 1 are connected together as a large tile B for mento tiles. It is formed. When manufactured as a large-sized tile B for side door tiles that is symmetrical in this way, it is easy to manufacture and easy to handle. This large tile B for mento tiles
A cutting groove 5 having a substantially V-shaped cross section is formed in the lower surface between the pair of door tiles A, located between the waterproof protrusions 3 and parallel to the waterproof protrusions 3. Then, it is divided into two mento tiles A. With the side door tile A placed on the ridge sill 9, the side door part 2 fits into the valley of the roofing material 4, and the space between the side door tile A and the upper surface of the roofing material 4 is sealed. A draining board 13 is stretched longitudinally between the left and right caps 12, and the draining board 13
Both sides are fixed to the Kasagi 12 with nails 14 or the like.
A vent hole 15 is bored at a suitable location in the drain plate 13, and a vent pipe 16 is attached to the vent hole 15.
A radial support part 19 is provided in the ventilation cylinder 16 integrally with the ventilation cylinder 16, and a lid body 17 is attached to the support part 19 so as to be vertically movable. moves up and down to open and close the ventilation cylinder 16. In other words, when the shape memory alloy 18 deforms due to temperature changes and the temperature rises above a predetermined temperature, the shape memory alloy 18 deforms as shown in the left half of Figure 1 (this figure shows both the open and closed states of the lid 17). ) The lid 17 opens, and when the temperature drops below a predetermined temperature, the lid 17 closes as shown in the right half of Figure 1. Mounting metal fittings 8 are arranged on the draining plate 13 so as to straddle the ridge, and the lower portions on both sides of the mounting metal fittings 8 are fixed to the capboard 12. Attach a fixed nut 2 to the top of the mounting bracket 8 by welding, etc.
0 is fixed, and the mounting bolt 23 is erected by screwing the lower part of the mounting bolt 23, which is a double-sided bolt, into the fixing nut 20.
The ridge tile 24 is made of ceramic material and has the shape of a Japanese tile, and has a mounting hole 25 bored in its upper part. In this embodiment, ventilation holes (not shown) are formed at appropriate positions in the longitudinal direction of the ridge tile 24. This ridge tile 24 is fitted on the mounting bracket 8 so as to straddle the ridge, but when covering the ridge tile 24, the mounting hole 2
5 and a mounting bolt 23 are placed together and covered with a ridge tile 24, and the mounting bolt 23 is inserted into the mounting hole 25. After fitting the ridge tile 24, attach the washer 2 with a gasket to the mounting bolt 23 on the ridge tile 24.
1 and tightening nut 2 made of a cap nut.
6 to the upper end of the bolt 23 and attach the ridge tile 2.
Attach 4. The ridge tile 24 is attached as described above to form a ridge as shown in FIG. 1, and ventilation is provided from the attic 22 through the ventilation opening 10, the ventilation pipe 16, and the ventilation opening of the ridge tile 3. In addition, even if rainwater enters the top surface of Mendo tile A and enters the ridge side end due to capillary action between the top surface of Mendo tile A and Kasagi 12, the rainwater is directed to the ridge side by the waterproof protrusion 3. I can't get over it.

By fitting the door into the valley on the top surface of the roof material on the ridge side, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the ridge side at the door, and also to prevent rainwater from entering the ridge side end of the tile body of the mendo tile. There is a protruding waterproof protrusion on the top surface, so even if rainwater enters the top surface, the waterproof protrusion can prevent it from going over the edge of the ridge, ensuring that rainwater does not infiltrate into the interior. In addition, two Mendo tiles are formed symmetrically, and a waterproof protrusion is provided on the upper surface of the ridge side end that connects the tile body of the two Mendo tiles to each other. Since a V-shaped cutting groove is provided between the waterproof protrusions, two mento tiles can be formed into one piece, making manufacturing easier and making handling easier in inventory, transportation, construction, etc. Moreover, when cutting the two menedo tiles using the cutting groove, the presence of the waterproof protrusion makes it possible to cut straight and smoothly without chipping, and even for items that need to be cut on site, it does not take much time to cut. It does not cause any harm.
