Claims (1)
- ミツクスを冷却する冷却シリンダの内部に、駆
動装置に連動して回転する撹拌装置を架設して成
る冷菓製造装置において、前記撹拌装置の回転軸
を前記冷却シリンダの後部に設けた軸シール部を
挿通して前記駆動装置に連結し、前記冷却シリン
ダの外側において前記回転軸の周囲には電気ヒー
タを設けたことを特徴とする冷菓製造装置。
