  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ロール状の記録紙１６に情報を記録する記録手
    段２０と、該記録紙１６を裁断するカツター２８
    とを備えた記録装置の記録紙排出機構において、 該カツター２８により裁断された記録紙１６を
    収納する記録紙収納容器３０をカツター２８に隣
    接して設け、 該記録紙収納容器３０に透明の蓋３８をヒンジ
    手段４０で開閉可能に取り付け、 透明の蓋３８の開状態を検知するスイツチ手段
    ４２を設けるとともに、 該スイツチ手段４２からの信号により動作中の
    記録手段２０を停止させ、記録途中の記録紙１６
    をカツター２８により自動的に裁断するように制
    御する制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする記録装
    置の記録紙排出機構。
