（従来の技術）靴型に対し縫製した胛被が大きかつたり小さか
つたりするため、加工の際ずれが生じ不良品がで
きていた。これを防止するため、踵型表面にサン
ドペイパーや滑り留め金意匠を設けていたが、い
ずれも仮留め効果は大であるが、胛被の吊り込み
時あるいは靴型より脱靴する時に、胛被内面に傷
ができ商品価値を落としていた。また、サンドペ
イパーは耐久性がなく、定期的に取り換える必要
性があつた。さらには、胛被の吊込み作業は、手
作業によるためサンドペイパーや滑り留め金意匠
によつて作業員の指先が傷つき、作業性に問題点

（メス）５を設けている。また、ガイド（オス）

起を踵型内に引き込むようにスプリング８を介装

傷付くことがなく、また胛被内面に傷が入ること
がなく、胛被に多少の大きさがあつても確実に仮
留めができ、吊り込み作業及び脱靴作業がしやす
