に前記衝撃吸収ライナー３に通孔８，９を穿設す
ると共に、該通孔８，９間に空気ガイド溝１０が
形成されるように、前記通孔８，９及び該通孔８
，９間を塞がないように衝撃吸収ライナー３の内
面に各々隙間を有して別体のクツシヨン部材４を
着脱自在に貼着してなることを特徴とするヘルメ
