Claims (1)
- 光フアイバ用母材１が収容されるマツフル２と
、その中に脱水剤を含むガスを供給するガス供給
系３と、マツフル内の光フアイバ用母材を加熱す
るヒータ４とを備えるとともに、前記マツフルに
、その中に供給されたガスの圧力によつて容積が
変化させられる風船バツフア１０を取付けたこと
を特徴とする光フアイバ用母材の脱水焼結炉。
