考案の構成

かつ、洗浄水を排出して乾燥させるものである
が、前記洗浄水18を溜めて温水化するとき、な
らびに洗浄、すすぎのとき、吸気部17の流出口
17bが運転中に低下する洗浄水18の水位Aよ
り低いために、前記吸気部17は水封され、すな
わち、冷めたい外気は洗浄槽11内に流入しな
い。したがつてヒータ13による温水化の効率が
向上する。また、吸気部17は洗浄槽11下方側
部に設けており、洗浄水を排出すれば外気と連通
するため、吸気部17より外気を吸入し、蒸気を
排気部16より排出して効率的な乾燥を行なうこ
