- 表面処理装置において、電極にネジ溝を設けた
金属丸棒を用い、該ネジ溝部に製品を取付けた治
具をセツトし、前記電極を駆動モーターで回転さ
せることにより電極に搬送機能を備えることを特
徴とする表面処理装置。
