Such an air circulation system includes a blower path that sucks and circulates the air in the drying chamber, and a heat absorber and a heat radiator of a heat pump are placed in this air path, with the heat absorber on the upstream side. In addition to absorbing heat, this absorbed thermal energy is radiated from a radiator to the air in the air passage, and the air heated by this heat radiation is further heated by an electric heater, etc., and then returned to the drying room. In order to keep the drying room at a high temperature, the problem is how to make the external air supplied to the drying room as high as possible, and how to reduce the amount of heat carried away by the air exhausted from the drying room. becomes.
In order to reduce the amount of heat dissipated by this exhaust air, it is possible to arrange a heat absorber of the heat pump in the flow path of the exhaust air to absorb heat. Therefore, a device with high heat absorption efficiency is desired.

Therefore, the present invention supplies external air such as high-temperature air from the living room to the drying room, absorbs heat from the air exhausted from the drying room through the heat absorber of the heat pump, and then discharges it outdoors. An air circulation system for a drying room that increases the thermal efficiency of the heat absorber by forming a passage through which a predetermined amount of the air after heat absorption passes through the heat absorber again, and The device is characterized in that it is disposed in an introduction path provided with a recirculation path for returning a part of the air after passing through the external air introduction path to the upstream side of the external air introduction path.

The objective is to achieve the above objective by securing a sufficient amount of heat to obtain a large amount of thermal energy, and applying this thermal energy to the external air supplied to the drying chamber to enable the supply of high-temperature air. .

The tip side of the duct 16 extending from the right end side in the figure of this outside air introduction pipe 14 is a blower for outside air that exchanges heat with the air in the living room, or a heat exchanger (not shown) that supplies warm air using the temperature of hot water in the hot water system. The air heated by the heat exchanger or the like can be introduced through the duct 16. One end of an intake pipe 18 is opened between this duct 16 and the heater 13, and the other end is connected to an opening 17 in the ceiling 3, whereby a part of the air in the drying chamber 1 is It is configured so that it can be sucked into the introduction tube 14. Further, a fan 19 is provided near the heater 13 of the introduction pipe 14 for blowing air from the drying chamber 1 taken in through the intake pipe 18 and external air sent from the duct 16 toward the heater 13 side. There is.
An air supply pipe 21 is connected to the left side of the outside air introduction pipe 14 in the drawing, and this air supply pipe 21 is connected to an opening 22 in the ceiling 3. Therefore, air heated by the heater 13 is supplied into the drying chamber 1 via the air pipe 21.

The flow is divided into the exhaust pipe 10 and the passage 11. The air that has flowed into the exhaust pipe 10 is discharged outdoors and is passed through the passage 1.
1 is returned to the intake port 5 side of the ventilation device 4. The air returned here merges with the air in the drying chamber 1 taken in from the intake port 5, and then flows into the cooler 9.
The air is sent to the air, where it absorbs heat again, cools it, and dehumidifies it.

い。 According to this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained. After heat-exchanging the exhaust air from the drying chamber 1, instead of exhausting all of the heat-exchanged air, a predetermined amount is returned to the air inlet 5 side of the ventilation device 4 through the passage 11, and is returned to the drying chamber. Since the heat pump 18 is configured to be sent to the heat absorber 9 of the heat pump 18 again together with the exhaust air of the heat pump 1, a sufficient amount of air to be heat exchanged can be secured, and the heat absorption effect of the heat pump 8 can be dramatically improved. In other words, by circulating the exhaust air, almost 100% of the thermal energy that was previously wasted along with the exhaust air can be utilized. Therefore, since the amount of heat radiated from the heater 13 can be increased, the amount of heat dissipated from the air pipe 21 to the drying chamber 1 can be increased.
The temperature of the air supplied into the drying chamber 1 can be increased, and the inside of the drying chamber 1 can be maintained at a high temperature.
The drying efficiency within the drying chamber 1 can be improved. Furthermore, since the passage 11 can be formed with a simple structure, there is no risk of complicating the device.

In addition, heat can be supplied economically without the problem of heat dissipation from piping, which occurs when hot water is used as a heat exchange method.
