記支持面１５ａを成すローラ１５とテープｔの巻
き取り軸１９，１９と丸刃３１を保持具３０を介
して支持する軸１６，１６とを保持した主フレー
ム２の外側部に間隔軸３ａを介して仕切り板３ｂ
を設けてフレーム外側板２ａと該仕切り版３ｂと
の間にローラ１５及び巻き取り軸１９，１９の駆
動用モータＭ１等を収容する第２空間Ｐ２を設け
、更に上記仕切り板３ｂの外側に間隔軸４ａを介
して仕切り板４ｂを設けて上記巻き取り軸１９，
１９の巻き取り中の回転速度変化を吸収するクラ
ツチ２２や、駆動用モータＭ１によつてローラ１
５及び巻き取り軸１９，１９を回動する伝動手段
