のである。 図において、１はベース、５はセラミツクスボ
ールを示す。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は
相当部分を示す。

- 磁気ヘツドにフエライトを溶着する溶着工具に
おいて、温度条件に左右されず溶着するために、
工具ベースにセラミツクスボールを配設したこと
を特徴とする磁気ヘツド用フエライトの溶着工具
。
