    ン製にしてその内周面に斜面部を有するリング本
    体と、該斜面部に着座するリング状丸線バネとか
    らなり、ピストンやデイスプレーサに組込まれる
    低差圧流体用シール装置。 (2) リング状丸線バネの表面にリング本体と同
    材質の層を有する請求項(1)記載の低差圧流体用
    シール装置。
