CONSTITUTION:A hair tonic cosmetic containing 0.1-30wt.% fatty acid having an odd number of carbon chain length (e.g., propionic or nonadecanoic acid) or a derivative thereof (e.g., ester, salt or amide) or an aliphatic alcohol having an odd number of carbon chain length (e.g., n-propyl alcohol) or a derivative thereof (e.g., ester or ether) and 0.1-10wt.% plant extract (e.g., licorice, ginseng, Japanese angelica root, garlic or Coptidis Rhizoma) having nutriment supplying effects.
