Claims (1)
- 加工物載置テーブルに対してねじ締め機ユニツ
トを昇降させるねじ締め機ユニツト昇降用エアシ
リンダと、前記ねじ締め機ユニツトに配置された
少なくとも２個のねじ締め機の各々に接続し各ね
じ締め機を昇降させるねじ締め機移動用エアシリ
ンダとを制御するねじ締め機移動用エア回路であ
つて、前記各エアシリンダにおいてピストン上室
側の吸排気ポートとピストン下室側の吸排気ポー
トとを５方向弁により関連接続するとともに、該
各５方向弁を介して排気側となる管路上に各々ス
ピードコントロールバルブを配置したことを特徴
とするねじ締め機移動用エア回路。
