Heated by high-pressure steam flowing through the medium path 6, 100"
After the temperature rises to higher than C, it is injected toward the fabric F from the injection nozzle 5a. The pressure of the cleaning water W discharged from the supply pump 3 is controlled to a desired setting value by the pressure control device 18, and the temperature of the processing liquid W in the processing liquid passage 5 is controlled to a desired setting value by the temperature control device 14. For example, when the pressure of the cleaning water W is increased to 5-/d by the supply pump 3, the boiling point at that time is 1
The temperature of the washing water W can be raised up to 58°C.

In addition, since the treatment liquid is heated to a temperature higher than the boiling point under atmospheric pressure and then sprayed onto the spread fabric, the treatment liquid immediately boils and evaporates after colliding with the fabric, preventing swelling of the fabric's constituent fibers and deposits. Significantly accelerated compared to conventional immersion under atmospheric pressure,
The time required for removal of deposits, penetration of treatment liquid, and reaction is shortened. Therefore, the device of this invention is a cleaning device.
