Claims (1)
圧縮空気を蓄圧するチヤンバと、該チヤンバ内の
空気圧を検出し該検出信号に基づいて上記ポンプ
の作動を制御する圧力スイツチと、上記チヤンバ
内の圧縮空気を選択的にアクチユエータに供給す
るバルブとを備えた空気圧供給装置。 (2) 空気圧ポンプと、チヤンバと、圧力スイツ
チとを一つのケーシングに一体的に組み付けた請
求項１に記載の空気圧供給装置。 (3) 圧力スイツチには、皿形のダイアフラムを
用いた請求項１または２に記載の空気圧供給装置

弁を設けた請求項１乃至５のいずれかの項に記載
