Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 樹脂を含浸させた繊維材料で形成されたシリ
ンダチユーブと、該シリンダチユーブの端部と結
合されたヘツドカバーおよびロツドカバーと、前
記シリンダチユーブ内に摺動可能に設けられたピ
ストンとで構成されたシリンダ装置であつて、前
記ヘツドカバーおよびロツドカバーが、熱を加え
ることにより内径拡張する環状の形状記憶合金に
固着され、該形状記憶合金と前記シリンダチユー
ブの端部の内周面とが接着剤を介して内径拡張に
より接合されたことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 ２ 樹脂を含浸させた繊維材料で形成されたシリ
ンダチユーブと、該シリンダチユーブの端部と結
合されたヘツドカバーおよびロツドカバーと、前
記シリンダチユーブ内に摺動可能に設けられたピ
ストンとで構成されたシリンダ装置であつて、前
記ヘツドカバーおよびロツドカバーが、熱を加え
ることにより外径縮小する環状の形状記憶合金に
固着され、該形状記憶合金と前記シリンダチユー
ブの端部の外周面とが接着剤を介して外径縮小に
より接合されたことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 ３ 樹脂を含浸させた繊維材料で形成されたシリ
ンダチユーブと、該シリンダチユーブの端部と結
合されたヘツドカバーおよびロツドカバーと、前
記シリンダチユーブ内に摺動可能に設けられたピ
ストンとで構成されたシリンダ装置であつて、前
記ヘツドカバーおよびロツドカバーが絞り加工の
できる金属材料に固着され、該金属材料と前記シ
リンダチユーブとが接着剤を介して絞り加工等機
械的加工により接合されたことを特徴とするシリ
ンダ装置。
