テンシヨンアームと、該テンシヨンアームとブラ

る引張ばねと、テンシヨンアームの両側面に取付
けた一対の可動ラチエツトと、該可動ラチエツト
の爪歯と噛み合つてテンシヨンアームをその位置
に係止保持するブラケツト側に設置した一対の固
定ラチエツトとから構成したことを特徴とするチ
