と並行させて、パイプの目詰まりも同時に検査で

した時限中に上昇する圧力を圧力メータにより検
出して、前記一対のパイプ内部の詰まりをガス洩
れ検査と並行して検査するロー付検査装置に係る

他方のパイプ13の一端部には加圧エアー送給
装置19と同じように、先端にパツキン22を支
持する枠23を固定した押圧子24をシリンダ2

いから、所定の圧力に達しないことがすぐに分か
り、パイプ12,13が不良であることを、リセ
ツトタイマーTとの関連で発見することができ
