96側へ移動させ、パツキン93をリブ96との
間で挟圧することにより、パツキン93の薄肉部
97を盛り上げて変形させて外径方向へ拡径さ
せ、ケース91の内壁に圧接させると共に密着さ

有する栓体と、この周状側壁に巻設される環帯状
のパツキンと、このパツキンの端部周縁へ圧接し
てケースの内周壁及び上記周状側壁との間隙に上
記パツキンの変形による複数重の環状シール部を
形成すると共に外部から上記栓体に螺合した取付
ねじにより上記ケース内で栓体の底面へ締め付け
固定される圧接体とでなるものであり、ケース及
び栓体との間を二重に密閉して防水性を向上させ
ることができると共に、上記密閉手段は、圧接体
を栓体側へねじ締め固定して取り付けられ、従来
のように人の力の差によつて密閉の信頼性がばら

れて圧縮変形することにより蛇腹状の少なくとも
一重の環状変形部33が形成されて栓体2の周状
側壁22及びケース1の内周壁との間隙を埋めて
双方に密着し、その後、第4図cに示すように、

部31が圧接体4及び段部24との間で圧延され

ている。また、ケース1両端に取り付けられる一
対の栓体2の内、一方の底部には、ケース1内部
の点灯装置からの電源線61を外側へ延出させる
ためのケーブルグランド11が設けてある。ここ

部21の外径は、ケース1を嵌合できる程度であ
ればよいので、パツキン3の内側からの圧接によ

で、環状変形部33が形成される薄肉部32は、
確実にケース1の端部内に位置することができ、
ケース1の端縁に圧接して防水効果が薄れること
がないのである。また、密閉手段10の取り外し
時、第3図に示すように、取付ねじ8を緩めて厚
肉部31の圧延のみを解除し、環状変形部33が
ケース1の内壁に未だ圧接した状態でケース1よ
り引き抜くことによつて、環状変形部33の外部
側に付着した油を拭き取ることにより、厚肉部3
