Conventionally, when forming a lattice body using aluminum or the like for a window or the like, there were problems such as it was very difficult to process the intersections, it took time to assemble it, and the appearance of the finished product was not attractive.

For example, those shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 can be mentioned. In this example, members provided with bis pockets are used in the vertical members 1 or the horizontal members 2 of the vertical members of the lattice body. Therefore, taking FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 as an example, when assembling the vertical members 1 and the horizontal members 2 to form a lattice body, screw holes 3 are formed on one side of the vertical members 1. , from this screw hole 3, vertical member 1
The cross member 2 can first be attached to one side of the vertical member 1 by screwing the screw 5 into the bis pocket 4 of the cross member 2 to be joined to the other side. (Figure 4 right part).

I had no choice but to use a method of fixing it with screws 7, etc. As described above, the workability of assembling the lattice was extremely poor, and the appearance was significantly impaired.

According to this method, notches 8 are formed in the vertical members 1' and/or the horizontal members 2', and the lattice body is assembled by fitting mating members into the notches 8. However, in this method, notches are formed in the longitudinal members and/or the cross members, which complicates the shape of the member and increases manufacturing costs. In addition, there are also problems such as a decrease in strength due to the notch.

Therefore, the present invention was developed in order to solve the conventional problems of lattice assembly work, especially the complexity of assembly work at intersection parts, and the poor appearance after lattice assembly. The object of the present invention is to provide a grid body that is extremely easy to assemble and has a good appearance.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention consists of a plurality of vertical bars and horizontal bars, and one of the vertical bars and the horizontal bars is formed into a continuous long piece,
On the other hand, in a lattice body used as a spacing material between long bars arranged in parallel, a joint pin having both ends tapered and having unevenness on the outer circumferential surface of the tip passes through both sides of the long bars. Then, the joint pins are arranged at positions spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the long crosspiece with both arrow ends protruding from the both side surfaces, and positions corresponding to the joint pins are provided inside the spacer. A bis-pocket-shaped insertion receiving part is formed in the spacer, and the spacing member is connected to both ends of the elongated crosspiece in a state in which the tip of the joint pin and the insertion receiving part are relatively inserted. The lattice members 10 are formed in a long length extending over the entire length of the lattice body 10, and are arranged in parallel at regular intervals in the lateral direction of the lattice body 10. On the other hand, the horizontal beams 30 are used as spacing materials and are interposed between the vertical beams 20 arranged in parallel with a certain interval so as to extend in the horizontal direction,
A lattice body 10 is formed together with the vertical beam members 20.

る。 More specifically, since the joint pin passes through the long crosspiece, both adjacent spacing members can be aligned on the same line via the long crosspiece, and it is possible to prevent deterioration of the appearance due to unevenness. At the same time, the work of attaching the joint pin to the long crosspiece becomes easier than when the joint pin is divided at the center. Furthermore, since both ends of the joint pin are tapered, relative insertion into the insertion receiving portion is facilitated. Further, once the joint pin is inserted, it is prevented from coming off due to the unevenness of the outer circumferential surface of the joint pin. Moreover, since two joint pins are provided in the connecting portion, the spacer does not rotate. On the other hand,
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the connection is not by screwing but by a direct insertion method, so that the spacing member at the extreme end can be fixed by the same method.
