    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内表面又は外表面に導電膜が形成されたセラミ
    ツクケース内の空胴に誘電体柱を設けてなるＴＭ
    モードの誘電体共振器を少なくとも１個以上備え
    、この誘電体共振器の前記ケースに、前記導電膜
    とは非接触の状態で電極が設けられてあり、この
    電極に伝送ラインが接続されていることを特徴と
    するバンドエルミネーシヨンフイルタ。
