Claims (1)
- 本体内の調理室内に着脱自在に装着した混練調
理用容器と、前記本体内に設けたモータにより駆
動される前記容器に内装の混練翼と、前記容器内
の生地温度を検出する検出手段と、該検出手段の
出力に基づき前記調理室内に送風する送風手段と
、該送風手段からの送風空気を冷却する冷却手段
とを備えてなるパン製造機。
