(Background of the invention) As a sprayer used for gardening, etc., a main body equipped with a chemical tank and a spraying section consisting of a nozzle, etc. are connected with a soft tube, and a pincher is installed at or near the spraying section. A device is known in which the ejection of a chemical solution can be easily controlled by operating an opening/closing control section of a water supply channel consisting of a valve. However, this type of soft tube inevitably gets wet due to chemical liquid or dew adhering to its surface, and therefore soil and sand are likely to adhere to the surface of the tube. If soil or sand adhering to the soft tube falls onto the receiving part of the soft tube that constitutes the pinch valve, it will interfere with the crimping operation of the tube by the pressing part, and it will also prevent the pressing part from strongly crimping the tube. However, there were problems such as the surface of the tube being damaged by the soil and sand.

(Purpose and Overview) The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and the present invention is designed to prevent soil or sand attached to the soft tube of this type of sprayer from falling onto the receiving part that constitutes the pinch valve. , it is an object of the present invention to provide a sprayer equipped with a water supply channel opening/closing control section that can naturally remove this. For this purpose, the present invention allows a soft tube to slide freely through the inside of the opening/closing control section, and connects its tip to the extensible pipe section of the spray section, and presses the soft tube provided in the opening/closing control section. In addition to opening and closing the water supply channel by pressing the soft tube on the receiving part, the upper surface of the receiving part is formed into a downward slope. With this configuration, even if soil or sand adhering to the surface of the soft tube falls onto the upper surface of the receiver when the soft tube slides inside the opening/closing control section, the soil or sand can be removed from the above. It is designed to quickly flow down and remove along the slope.

28 is an operation section 24 located behind the button 25.
The spring 28 is a spring installed vertically on the lower surface, and the lower end of the spring 28 is mounted on a support frame 32 installed on the tube 3, so as to be pressed against the spring force of the spring 28 of the operating section 24. It's getting old. Reference numeral 29 denotes a pressing portion attached to the lower surface of the operating portion 24 behind the spring 28, and 30 represents a receiving portion protruding from the bottom surface of the frame 22 facing the pressing portion 29. The receiving portion 30 constitutes a pinch valve. The cross-sectional shape of this receiving part 30 is triangular, and its upper surface 30a is a slope with a downward slope toward the front, that is, toward the distal end of the spraying part 2, and the circumferential body surface of the soft tube 3 is arranged as well as possible over a wide range. It is formed in a circularly curved shape so as to come into contact with the.
Correspondingly, the lower surface 29a of the pressing portion 29 is also formed into a circularly curved shape so that the tube 3 can be reliably crimped (see especially FIG. 6b).

This sprayer has the above-mentioned configuration, and when spraying the chemical solution, each pipe 19a to 19c
Stretch out and hold the grip part 7 with one hand,
When the control unit 21 is held with the other hand and the operation button 13 of the grip unit 7 is operated, the chemical liquid in the chemical liquid tank 4 is sucked up by the pump 8, passes through the tube 3, and is ejected from the nozzle 20. When stretching each of the pipes 19a to 19c as described above, the soft tube 3 slides inside the control section 21 toward the tip side of the spraying section 2, but at this time, dirt adheres to the surface of the soft tube 3. The sand a is first removed by the armor 33 and then scraped off by the edge e of the receiving part 30, but some of it falls onto the receiving part 30.
However, the soil and sand a that fell onto the receiving part 30,
Since it quickly flows down on the inclined upper surface 30a and is removed from the upper surface 30a, it is not buried in the upper surface 30a.

When you want to stop ejecting the chemical solution, the control unit 21
Press the button 25 downward with the fingertip of the hand holding the button. Then, the tube 3 is pressed by the pressing part 29, and the ejection of the chemical liquid is stopped (see the chain lines a and b in Fig. 6).If the button 25 is then slid forward and locked, the ejection stopped state is continued, and during that time, the ejection is stopped. The chemical liquid sucked up by the pump 8 is returned to the chemical liquid tank 4 through the bypass section 16. Since the pressing part 29 rotates around the hinge part 23 and presses the soft tube 3, by tilting the upper surface 30a of the receiving part 30, the pressing part 29 can be pressed more perpendicularly to the upper surface 30a. Yes (see especially the dashed line in Figure 6a). When you want to resume spouting the chemical solution, slide the button 25 backward to release its shoulder from the locking part 31 and release the pressure from your fingertip, and the operating part 24 will rotate upward by the spring force of the spring 28. However, the pressing part 29 is separated from the tube 3 and the chemical liquid is ejected from the nozzle 20 again.

When storing the spray unit 2, use the pipes 19a to 1
9c, but if you forget to release the locked state at that time, the soft tube 3 will not be able to slide inside the control part 21 because it is crimped by the pressing part 29, and therefore the pipes 19a to 19c will not be able to slide inside the control part 21. It cannot be retracted and stored. In other words, the main spraying section 2 has a structure in which the pipes 19a to 19c cannot be contracted unless the soft tube 3 is released from the crimped state. Therefore, if the soft tube 3 is forgotten to be released from the crimped state, the soft tube 3 is permanently deformed into a flat shape. This can prevent water permeability from deteriorating.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, the present invention allows the soft tube 3 that connects the main body part 1 and the spray part 2 to slide freely inside the opening/closing control part 21 having the pressing part 29 of the tube 3. This is a sprayer formed by penetrating the tube and connecting its tip to an extensible pipe part 19, in which the upper surface 30a of the receiving part 30 of the soft tube 3 provided below the pressing part 29 is formed into a downward slope. Therefore, even if soil or sand a attached to the surface of the soft tube 3 falls onto the receiving part 30, the upper surface 3
Since the soft tube 3 is naturally flowed down and removed without being buried on 0a, even if the soft tube 3 is pressed by the pressing part 29, the soft tube 3 is removed by the soil or sand a.
It won't hurt.
