Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 樹脂注入孔を有する固定側取付台、ランナ取
    外し板、及び入子型が挿填されている固定側型板
    を含む固定型と、可動側取付台、及び入子型が挿
    填されている可動側型板を含む可動型とを具備す
    る３プレート式の金型において、該金型を２プレ
    ート式の金型にも用いるべく、前記固定側取付台
    と固定側型板との両側壁間に亘つて設けられ、ラ
    ンナ取外し板を介在させて固定側取付台に対して
    固定側型板を締付ける締付手段を有することを特
    徴とする射出成形機用金型。 ２ 締付手段が、固定側型板の互いに対向する１
    対の両側壁から外方に向つて突設され且つ可動型
    方向の面が被締付面に形成されている係合突起と
    、固定側取付台の互いに対向する両側壁に装着さ
    れ且つ前記係合突起の被締付面に当接する締付面
    を備える１対の締付金具と、固定側取付台を貫通
    して前記１対の締付金具を連結する締付ボルトと
    で構成され、前記締付ボルトを１対の締付金具が
    互いに接近する方向に締付けるとき、該係合突起
    の被締付面及び締付金具の締付面を介して固定側
    取付台に対して固定側型板が締付可能である請求
    項第１項記載の射出成形機用金具。 ３ 被締付面及び締付面が、互いに対向するテー
    パ面に形成されている請求項第２項記載の射出成
    形機用金型。 ４ １対の締付金具が、固定側取付台の両側壁か
    ら外方に突設されている頭部付ガイドピンに移動
    自在にガイドされており、締付金具の一方に実質
    的に埋没されている頭部に外部から工具先端を挿
    入して回動可能に設けられている締付ボルトを、
    １対の締付金具が離反する方向に回すことによつ
    て、締付金具を頭部付ガイドピンの頭部に固定可
    能である請求項第２項記載の射出成形機用金型。
