- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複屈折が１００ｎｍ以下である透明支持体
フイルムの少なくとも一方の面に一般式ＳｉｘＯ
ｙ（但し式中Ｘ及びＹは自然数）で表される酸化
硅素化合物の透明薄膜層を設け、且つ任意位置に
接着剤層が設けられたことを特徴とする光デイス
ク用透明防湿フイルム。 (2) 前記透明支持体フイルムが円孔を有する円
板であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第(1)項記載の光デイスク用透明防湿フイルム
。 (3) 前記透明薄膜層の厚さが１００乃至６００
０Åであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
