材と、この外側取付部材及び前記開口部を貫通し
て前記内側取付部材と螺合することによつて外側
取付部材を燃料タンク外壁に押圧する取付ボルト
と、外側取付部材の燃料タンクへの押圧力によつ
て外側取付部材と内側取付部材との間に挟持され
て外側取付部材及び内側取付部材からの燃料漏れ
を防止する第2のシール部材と、を有することを
