[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial application field> This invention relates to the improvement of the heald frame of a loom, and more specifically, the heald frame has a frame main body and a side support member (also called an outer stay or lateral guide). The present invention relates to a heald frame that prevents damage to side support members particularly during high-speed operation.

<Prior art> A heald frame consisting of a frame body and a side support member, in which the side support member remains attached to the loom and only the frame body can be freely attached and detached, has already been proposed ( Jitsukō 1976−
40862). Also, a drive device (warp shedding drive device) that moves the heald frame up and down in reciprocating motion.
The heald frame is connected to the lower end of the side support member at the lower end of the side support member, and uses a crank system to apply driving force in both upward and downward directions at one location. This prevents deformation such as twisting that occurs in the heald frame during operation. Techniques to do this have already been proposed (Japanese Publication of Publication No. 60-2198).

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, as in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-2198, a crank of a drive device is connected to the lower end of the side support member, and this crank imparts vertical reciprocating motion to the heald frame. In this type, damage occurs to the side support members during operation of the loom. That is, the side support member includes a vertical portion that supports the side stay side edge of the frame body, and a lower end receiving portion that supports the lower surface of the frame body. In addition, the crank of the drive device is connected to this lower end receiver, and vertical driving force is applied to the lower end receiver, but in conventional systems, the vertical part and the lower end receiver are manufactured as a completely fixed unit. In addition, since the lower edge of the frame body and the lower end receiving part were simply fitted together, the connecting part between the lower end receiving part and the vertical part was A large bending moment acts on the frame, leading to damage, and because the lower edge of the frame body and the lower end receiving part are insufficiently connected, runout, distortion, vibration, etc. are often caused.
In view of these points, the present invention aims to provide a heald frame that does not cause damage to the side support members and does not cause vibrations even during high-speed operation.

<Means for solving the problem> The technical means of the heddle frame of the present invention consists of a detachable frame body and a side support member that is integrally attached to the loom, and the side support member is attached to the side of the frame body. It is composed of a vertical part that supports the edges in a fitted state and a lower end receiving part that receives and supports the lower edge of the frame main body, and the vertical part and the lower end receiving part are rotatably connected and driven by the lower end receiving part. The cranks of the device are connected, and the lower end receiving portion and the lower edge of the frame body are coupled and fixed by a lower clamp fitting.

<Function> In the heald frame of the present invention, the side edge of the frame body and the vertical portion are fitted together, and the frame body can be slid in the vertical direction while in the fitted state. When the frame body is loaded, the lower end receiving part and the lower edge of the frame body are connected and fixed by the lower clamp fitting, so that the frame body and the side support member are highly integrated during operation. The vertical part of the side support member and the lower end receiving part are rotatably connected and have a flexible structure, so even when the lower end receiving part is subjected to high-speed reciprocating motion by a crank,
The bending moment generated in the connecting portion is absorbed by this rotation, and the connecting portion is not damaged.

<Example> An example of the heald frame of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The heald frame consists of a frame body 1 and side support members 2. A frame body 1 is framed by a frame stave 3 and a side stay 4, and a large number of healds 5 are supported on this frame body 1. The side support member 2 includes a vertical portion 6 and a lower end receiving portion 7 connected to the lower end of the vertical portion 6. The vertical portion 6 is fitted into the side edge of the side stay 4 in a convex-concave manner, and can be relatively slid in the vertical direction in the fitted state. An upper clamp fitting 8 is attached to the upper end of the vertical part 6.
is attached so that the upper end of the side stay 4 can be fixed. This clamping method is the same as the conventional one (Utility Model Publication No. 60-2198).
The lower end receiving part 7 supports the lower edge of the lower end frame stave 3. This lower end receiving part 7 is rotatably attached to the vertical part 6 by a connecting pin 9.
A lower clamp fitting 10 is attached to the lower surface of the frame stave 3 of the frame body 1. On the other hand, a protrusion 11 is provided at the tip of the lower end receiving part 7, and the protrusion 11 is held down by the lower clamp fitting 10. By attaching it, the lower end receiving part 7 can be fixed to the frame stave 3. Reference numeral 12 denotes a cushioning material made of an elastic material and attached to the contact surface of the lower end receiving portion 7 with the frame stave. Reference numeral 13 indicates a coupling convex portion provided at the lower end of the side stay 3, and reference numeral 14 indicates a coupling recess provided at a corner portion between the vertical portion 6 and the lower end receiving portion 7. The crank 1 of the drive device is attached to the lower end receiving part.
5 are connected. 16 is a guide for maintaining the position of the vertical portion 6.

The procedure for assembling the frame body 1 is carried out as follows. Since the side support member 2 is built into the loom, the frame body 1 is loaded by sliding it onto the side support member 2 from above. This frame body 1 collides with the lower end receiving portion 7 and is received. By simply sliding the frame main body 1 and dropping it, the coupling concave and convex portions 13 and 14 are fitted into each other. Next, the upper clamp fitting 8 and the lower clamp fitting 10 are tightened.

In this state, the frame body is fixed to the side support member 2. A driving force for vertical movement is applied to the lower end receiving portion 7 by the crank 15, and the side support member 2 and the frame main body 1 are integrally caused to reciprocate in the vertical direction. At this time, the lower edge of the frame main body 1 and the lower end receiving part 7 are firmly connected and fixed by the lower clamp fitting 10, so during reciprocating movement, the two move completely as one, and as in the conventional case. During high-speed operation, especially when descending, there is no possibility that the two will be in a floating state and cause vibrations. Furthermore, the vertical part 6 and the lower end receiving part are rotatably connected by a pin 9, and since the so-called joint part has a flexible structure, the bending moment that acts on the joint part during operation is absorbed by the rotation of the joint part. It will be absorbed by the device and will not cause damage.

<Effects of the invention> The heald frame of this invention does not cause damage to the side support members even when used in high-speed looms, and
Since the frame body and the side support members are highly integrated, shakes, distortions, vibrations, etc. are less likely to occur during operation, and the heald frame can be smoothly moved up and down and reciprocated even during high-speed operation.
