In printing operations using a sheet-fed printing press, a large number of papers are stacked on a paper stack on a paper stack bar suspended by a lift chain of a paper feeder, and the paper is sucked one by one from the top layer by a suction device. and is supplied to the printing device via the registration device. As the amount of paper decreases due to paper feeding, the lifting chain is automatically wound up to maintain the upper end of the stacked paper at a constant height at all times. When the stack of paper on the paper stack runs out, the machine is stopped, the lifting chain is rewound, the paper stack is lowered together with the paper stack bar, and then a new paper is loaded and the printing operation resumes. This has been done traditionally.

However, this requires the machine to be stopped for a long time to load paper each time it runs out of paper, which increases non-printing time and significantly reduces work efficiency. A continuous sheet feeding type paper stacking device has been proposed and used.
In other words, the four paper sheets 1 suspended from the paper feed frame 1
A pair of paper stack bars 4, 5 are suspended from each of the two lifting chains 2, 3 in the front and back, and when printing starts, the paper stacks placed on the lower paper stack bar 5 are suspended. The paper 7 is stacked only on the paper 6 and the paper is fed. Then, as the paper is fed, the paper stack bar 5 rises, and when the stacking amount becomes less than half, the paper stack bar 5
A paper support rod 8 is inserted into the concave groove and supported by the upper lifting chain 2, and the lifting chain is switched from the lifting chain 3 to the lifting chain 2. While paper feeding continues, the idle paper stacking bar 5 is lowered and new paper 7 is stacked on the paper stacking board 6.
Raise the paper until the top surface touches the paper support rod 8. When the paper on the paper support rod 8 runs out, the rod 8 is removed to continue feeding the paper without interruption.

However, although continuous printing has become possible with such paper stacking devices, the next paper stack must be stacked in a low and narrow space while the machine is running, which is a problem in terms of workability and safety. Not only was it inferior, but it also had the disadvantage of not being able to carry a sufficient amount of paper 7. Therefore, another paper stacking apparatus 10 as shown in the right half of FIG. 1 has been proposed and widely used as an accessory to this type of paper stacking apparatus. That is, at the rear of the paper feeder, there is a ball 12 connected to the paper feed frame 1 by a stay 11.
is erected on the floor, and a pair of front rests 13 and side rests 14 are attached to each ball 12 so as to be openable and closable in the width direction of the paper 1. During the printing operation using the paper 7 in the paper feed frame 1, the operator pulls the trolley 15 onto the rail, positions it behind the ball 12, and loads the paper 7A on the paper stack 6 placed on the trolley 15. do. At this time, the front end and both side ends of the paper 7A are aligned by the front rest 13 and the side rest 14. When the amount of paper 7 being fed is running low, open the front support 13 and side support 14 to the left, push the trolley 15 into the paper feed frame 1 along the rail, and remove the idle paper stack bar 5 as described above. is hooked onto the paper stack 6 and the paper stack 6 is raised. When the paper runs out, the paper support rod 8 is removed and the paper feed is switched to new paper.

This configuration makes loading work easier and ensures sufficient paper stacking capacity, but
In order to improve workability by facilitating the work of replacing the lifting chains 2 and 3, it is necessary to widen the space between the paper feed frame 1 and the ball 12.
Not only is it troublesome to transport Trotsko 15,
The disadvantage was that the overall length of the machine was longer.

Furthermore, the present applicant proposed a paper stacking device as shown in FIG. 2 in Utility Application No. 181305/1983. In this case, paper 7 is loaded onto a pallet 17 on a hand lift 16 according to a ruler at another location in the factory, and then carried into the paper feed frame 1. It is provided on the paper frame 1 side. In addition, a tray 19 consisting of a race and a plurality of steel balls arranged in parallel in its annular groove is fixed to the four corners of the floor pit 18 provided in the paper feed frame 1, and a floor pit 19 is fixed on top of the tray 19. Paper stacking stand 2 that is flush with the surface

is movable in each direction on the tray 19 together with the paper stacking table 20, so it can be moved to stack the pallets 1.
After aligning the edges of the paper 7B on the paper 7 against the front abutment 13A and the side abutment 14A, paper feeding is started in the same manner as described above. By doing this, it is easy to position the paper, and it is also easier to carry in the paper 7B compared to the one shown in FIG. However, positioning by pushing and pulling by hand makes fine adjustment difficult, and satisfactory performance cannot always be expected. Also, the first
In both of the apparatuses shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the paper stacking bar 5 must be attached and removed, making it difficult to stack paper in a short period of time.

Reinforcing material 2 for the paper stacking frame 24 configured as described above
4b, four rollers 28, front, rear, left, and right, whose axial direction is horizontal are rotatably mounted. On these rollers 28, there is a lower paper stacking stand, generally designated by the reference numeral 29, at both front and rear ends. It is mounted so that its edges are engaged with rollers 28 so as to be movable in the left and right direction. This lower paper stacking stand 29 is formed into a rectangular plate shape with a front and back width that is approximately the same size as the inner gap between the reinforcing members 24b, and a left and right width that is smaller than the inner gap between the frame members 24a.
Two square holes 29a are provided in the center for weight reduction. In addition, the front, rear, left, and right sides of the lower paper stacking table 29
There are rollers 30, 3 whose axial direction is vertical.
1 is rotatably pivoted, and these rollers 3
By attaching the reinforcing members 0 and 31 to the inner side of the reinforcing member 24b, the lower paper stacking table 29 is restricted from moving in the front-back direction, that is, in the vertical direction of the paper (hereinafter simply referred to as the front-back direction). In addition, four rollers 30,3
1, the front roller 30 has an eccentric axis between the roller fitting part of the fixing pin and the fixing part so that it can be adjusted to remove looseness. By adjusting this,
The rollers 30, 31 and the reinforcing member 24b are configured to be attached to the structure without any play. Furthermore, bottomed cylindrical bearing receivers 29b are welded to the four corners of the lower paper stacking table 29, and the welded portions are circularly opened upwards. A specially shaped ball bearing 32 having a movable sphere in the center is fixed with bolts. What is generally designated by the reference numeral 33 is an upper paper stacking platform formed in the shape of a rectangular plate that is slightly wider in the left and right directions than the paper stacking frame 24, and is movable in each direction on ball bearings 32. It is mounted freely, and a ball bearing 34 is pivotally mounted on the back surface of the planar center portion. This ball bearing 34 protrudes downward from an oval hole 35 made in the lower paper stacking table 29, and a pair of left and right guide plates 36 are attached to the left and right sides of the ball bearing 34 and guide the movement of the ball bearing 34 at the bottom. It is fixed parallel to the back surface of the paper stacking table 29. By doing this, the upper paper stacking table 33 is restricted from moving in the left-right direction with respect to the lower paper stacking table 29, and in the front-back direction, it can be twisted and adjusted by moving separately to the left and right, rather than moving in parallel. It is composed of Further, a tension spring 37 is installed between both left and right ends of the upper paper stacking table 33 and the reinforcing member 24b, which biases the upper paper stacking table 33 in a direction away from the machine.

A moving shaft 38 is located in the center of the front-rear direction and is rotatably mounted on the frame member 24a on the left side of the paper stacking frame 24. The threaded end portion thereof is screwed into a cubic female threaded member 39 fixed to the edge of the lower paper stacking table 29 . Furthermore, a handle 40 and a collar 41 are mounted on both sides of the moving shaft 38 via a last bearing 42, sandwiching the frame member 24a between them.
The movement in the axial direction is restricted by these. By doing so, when the handle 40 in the pit 23 is rotated, the female screw member 39, which is screwed into the screw portion, advances and retreats, and both paper stacking tables 29 and 33 move in the left-right direction as a unit. Next, lower paper stacking stand 2
An operating device for moving the upper paper stacking table 33 in the front and back direction with respect to the paper stacking table 9 will be explained. A bearing plate 43 formed in an L-shape in plan view is integrally formed and protrudes from both left and right ends of the front end of the lower paper stacking table 29, and a cubic female threaded member 44 is provided at the corner thereof. is pivotally mounted to allow free rotation in the horizontal direction. Further, the upper paper stack 33 has a notch at a location corresponding to the female screw member 44, and a bearing 45 is pivotally mounted to the edge of this notch so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction. Reinforcement material 2
A moving shaft 46 is inserted through the elongated hole 24d of 4c, and its threaded portion is screwed into the female threaded member 44.
Further, the distal end of the moving shaft 46 is fitted into a bearing 45, and movement in the axial direction is also restricted by collars 47 and 48. A handle 49 for rotating the moving shaft 46 is attached to the protruding end of the moving shaft 46 . Note that since the upper paper stacking table 33 is biased by a tension spring 37, the thrust bearing 50 is provided only on one side. By doing this, for example, the handle 49 on the left side is operated in the pit 23 to rotate in the direction in which the moving shaft 46 is screwed into the female threaded member 44, and at the same time, the handle 49 on the right side is rotated in the opposite direction. Then, the upper paper stacking table 33 is rotated slightly clockwise around the ball bearing 34 in the center. Note that a through hole 51 is bored in the upper paper stacking table 33 at a location corresponding to the roller 30, so that the eccentricity of the roller 30 can be adjusted while the upper paper stacking table 33 is placed. There is. Reference numeral 52 denotes a plurality of front supports which are erected with both upper and lower ends supported by corner stays 53 that connect the left and right paper feed frames 1, and which are used to stack papers on the upper paper stacking table 33 via pallets. It is configured so that the front edge of the Further, what is indicated by the reference numeral 54 in FIG. 3 is a scale indicating the amount of movement of the upper paper stacking table 33. In FIG. 4, the reference numeral 7C indicates the edge of the smallest sheet of paper that is in contact with the front stop 52, and the reference numeral 7D indicates the edge of the largest paper. Further, when the paper stacking frame 24 is placed on the bottom surface of the pit 23, the upper surface of the upper paper stacking table 33 is set to be on the same plane as the floor surface.

The operation of the paper stacking device configured as above will be explained. Lifting chain 3 before starting printing work
has been rewound and the paper stacking frame 24 has landed on the bottom of the pit 23. Further, the upper paper stacking table 33 has been returned until the collar 48 comes into contact with the female screw member 44, and both paper stacking tables 29 and 33 are positioned using the scale 54 as a guide. Therefore, the pallet 17 is placed on the hand lift 16 as shown in FIG.
6 is moved backward and the pallet 17 is lowered onto the upper paper stacking table 33. At this time, if the pallet 17 is bent with respect to the front support 52, the left and right handles 4
9 is gripped with the right hand and the left hand and rotated in opposite directions, the upper paper stacking table 33 is rotated around the ball bearing 34 so that one side of the upper paper stacking table 33 moves forward and the other moves backward relative to the lower paper stacking table 29. Since it rotates, the bend can be corrected. Further, by rotating both handles 49 in the same direction, the handles 49 can be moved parallel to the front stop 5. In this example, the maximum movement amount at this time is 30mm.
is set to . After the paper 7B is brought into contact with the front stop 52 in this manner, when the handle 40 at the center of the operating side is rotated, both paper stacking tables 29 and 33 are moved in the left-right direction on the rollers 28 as one. . At this time, the rollers 30 and 31, which have been eccentrically adjusted in advance and are attached to the reinforcing material 24b, are attached to the reinforcing material 24b.
4b, the paper stacking tables 28, 33 can accurately move left and right while being restricted from moving back and forth. In this example, the maximum movement amount at this time is 50
It is set to mm. After adjusting in this way, the lifting chain 26 is wound up to raise the paper stacking frame 24 to a predetermined position, and when printing work is started, the paper stacking frame 24 is automatically raised as the paper is fed. Note that since the upper paper stack 33 is biased by a tension spring 37, the movement axis 46 may be damaged by vibrations during printing, etc.

When the printing work continues and the amount of paper 7 decreases, the paper support rod 8 is inserted into the groove provided on the upper surface of the pallet 17 as shown in FIG. to support the paper 7. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the idle paper stacking frame 24 is landed in the pit 23 by unwinding the lifting chain 26, and then
is rotated until the collar 48 comes into contact with the female screw member 44, and the upper paper stacking table 33 is returned to its original front and back position. Also, while looking at the scale 53, turn the handle 40 to return both paper stacking stands 29, 33 to their original left and right positions. Subsequently, in the same manner as described above, a pallet 17 loaded with new paper is conveyed to the upper paper stacking table 3.
3. After placing it on top, position it front, back, left and right. Then, the paper stacking frame 24 is raised until the upper surface of the paper comes into contact with the paper support bar 8 and waits, and when the paper on the paper support bar 8 runs out, the paper support bar 8 is pulled out and the paper feed is switched to new paper.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, in a sheet feeding paper stacking device of a sheet-fed printing press, a lower paper stacking table whose movement in the front and back direction is restricted is placed on a paper stacking frame suspended by a lifting chain. An upper paper stacking table is placed on the paper stacking table so as to be movable in the left and right direction, and an upper paper stacking table is placed on the paper stacking table, which can be rotated horizontally around a central support part, and the upper and lower paper stacking tables are integrated. By providing an operating device that moves the upper paper stacking tray left and right with respect to the paper stacking frame, and an operating device that moves the upper paper stacking tray back and forth separately on the left and right sides with respect to the lower paper stacking tray, the paper stacking bar can be moved horizontally with respect to the paper stacking frame without having to change the paper stacking bar. Stacking and positioning can be performed extremely easily, reducing stacking time and labor, as well as positioning and stacking extremely accurately without requiring any skill, making it easier to stack printed materials. Quality improves significantly. In addition, a spare paper stacking ruler is installed in the paper feeder,
Since the paper stacked at a different location is carried into the paper feeder, the machine installation space can be reduced and the paper stacking work efficiency is improved. Furthermore, it is possible to use a device that supports the paper while it is being fed, and by using this together, it becomes possible to stack and position the paper and feed it continuously during printing without stopping the machine. In addition to improving work efficiency, it is possible to prevent changes in the amount of ink output and the occurrence of paper waste due to machine stoppages. Furthermore, since the ball bearings that support the lower paper stacking table and the upper paper stacking table are arranged inside the paper stacking frame, the device can be made smaller in the height direction and stable operation can be achieved. Another advantage is that the paper stack can be adjusted vertically, horizontally, and in the twisting direction.
