本考案はパネルシヤツターのパネルユニツトに
反りが生じても互いに嵌合可能なようにしたパネ
ルシヤツターのパネルユニツト嵌合装置に関す

パネルユニツト上辺の凸条嵌合部の両端部に先ず
嵌合することができる。そして上段のパネルユニ
ツトの重量が下段のパネルユニツトに付加するに
従つて、下段のパネルユニツトの凸条嵌合部が上
段のパネルユニツトの凹溝嵌合部に対して両端部
から中央部に向つて楔を打込んでいくように次第
に嵌合していく。この嵌合の進行に伴つて上段の
パネルユニツトの反りは矯正されていき、両嵌合
部は遂には正規に嵌合し、パネルシヤツターは完
全に閉鎖可能となる。

3aを形成した凹字形の凸条が、その長溝3aに
挿入した複数のビス4によつてパネルユニツト1
に固着されている。なお凹溝嵌合部2は各パネル
ユニツト1の上辺に、凸条嵌合部3は最下段のパ
ネルユニツトを除き各パネルユニツト1の下辺に

制されているため、下辺の凹溝嵌合部2の両端部
は下段の正常なパネルユニツト上辺の凸条嵌合部
3の両端部に先ず嵌合することができる。そして
上段のパネルユニツトの重量が下段のパネルユニ
ツトに付加するに従つて、下段のパネルユニツト
の凸条嵌合部3が上段のパネルユニツトの凹溝嵌
合部2に対して高さの高い両端部から高さの低い
中央部に向つて楔を打込んでいくように次第に嵌
合していく。この嵌合の進行に伴つて上段のパネ
ルユニツトの反りは矯正されていき、両嵌合部
2,3は遂には正規に嵌合し、パネルシヤツター

ネルシヤツターを閉鎖する時、反りのあるパネル
ユニツトの一方の嵌合部は下段の正常なパネルユ
ニツトの他方の嵌合部に対して凸条嵌合部の高さ
の高い両端部から高さの低い中央部に向つて楔を
打込んでいくように嵌合していき、上段のパネル
ユニツトの反りが矯正されて両嵌合部は遂には正
規に嵌合し、パネルシヤツターは完全に閉鎖され
るという実用上有益な効果を奏するものである。
