第１図及び第２図は本考案の実施例に関し、第
１図は縦断説明図、第２図は正面図、また第３図
及び第４図は周知のクリーンベンチに関し、第３
図は水平気流形クリーンベンチの縦断面図、第４
図は垂直気流形クリーンベンチの縦断面図である
。 １はクリーンベンチ、３は作業台、３０は切換
ダンパ、３２は送風フアン、４０は差圧計、４２
，４３は連通管、４４，４５は開閉弁、Ａは水平
方向浄化空気噴出機構、Ｂは垂直方向浄化空気噴
出機構である。
１図は縦断説明図、第２図は正面図、また第３図
及び第４図は周知のクリーンベンチに関し、第３
図は水平気流形クリーンベンチの縦断面図、第４
図は垂直気流形クリーンベンチの縦断面図である
。 １はクリーンベンチ、３は作業台、３０は切換
ダンパ、３２は送風フアン、４０は差圧計、４２
，４３は連通管、４４，４５は開閉弁、Ａは水平
方向浄化空気噴出機構、Ｂは垂直方向浄化空気噴
出機構である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 作業台に対し水平方向の浄化空気噴出機構
と垂直方向の浄化空気噴出機構とを備え、それぞ
れは共通の送風フアンに対し切換ダンパを介して
接続され、該ダンパの切換えにより作業台に対す
る浄化空気の吹出し方向の選択を可能としたこと
を特徴とするクリーンベンチ。 (2) 水平方向の浄化空気噴出機構と垂直方向の
浄化空気噴出機構にはそれぞれ共通の差圧計に通
ずる連通管を備え、切換ダンパの切換えに連動し
て該連通管に設けた開閉弁を選択作動し、所要の
上記噴出機構の圧損を表示することを特徴とする
請求項１記載のクリーンベンチ。
