流入力電源の電圧降下または停電を検出したとき
に、前記直流電源回路の電圧を任意の電圧となる
ように設定する直流電圧設定器の信号と直流電圧
の検出信号との偏差信号を演算増幅した値を逆変
換器の出力周波数基準とすることにより、直流電
圧を設定値に保ち負荷電流が任意の電流となるよ
うに設定する電流設定器の信号と負荷電流の検出
信号との偏差信号を演算増幅した値を逆変換器の
出力基準とすることにより、負荷電流を設定値に
保ち、直流電圧の検出信号によりサイリスタ順変
換器の位相制御信号を演算する回路を設け、電圧
降下または停電が回復したとき最適な位相制御信
号からサイリスタ順変換器が動作開始することを
