びその隣の指の間に球体（第３球体）の近傍部分
を挟んだ状態を示す正面図及び裏面図、第５図及
び第６図は使用者が仰向けに寝て行う運動の当初
の状態を夫々示す側面図及び背面図、第７図〜第
１０図は上記運動の一動作を夫々示す側面図、第
１１図〜第１４図は夫々上半身を起こして行う運

Claims (1)
- 伸縮性素材によつて胴部と２本の脚部とを有す
る略逆Ｕ字状の保持体と形成し、該保持体におけ
る胴部内に２個の球体を併存させると共に、上記
２本の脚部内の先端位置及び中間位置に各々１個
づつ球体を配置したことを特徴とする健康補助具
。
