れ反力スプリングにより左、右一対をなす反力プ
ランジヤの一方を前記ハウジング内に形成した係
止面と入力軸側とに跨がつて当接させることによ
り入力軸を軸線方向での中立位置への復帰力を与
える反力スプリング機構を備えてなり、この反力
スプリング機構を構成する左、右反力プランジヤ
のうちの一方が当接する前記ハウジング内の係止
