Known endoscopic treatment instruments include a contrast agent injection tube for injecting a contrast agent into a hepatic duct or a pancreatic duct, and a dispersion tube for dispersing a liquid into a body cavity. Most of this type of endoscopic treatment instruments are equipped with flexible tubules made of smooth-surfaced Teflon tubes, etc., and when used, the flexible tubule must be inserted into the endoscope. It is inserted into the channel of the speculum and allows contrast media and liquid to be delivered into the body cavity through this flexible tube.

However, as is well known, at the treatment instrument inlet of an endoscope, the pressure inside the body cavity passes through the channel.
In places where an airtight device made of elastic rubber or the like is provided to prevent escape, there is considerable resistance when the flexible tube is inserted into a body cavity through an endoscope, especially when passing through the airtight device. Therefore, when inserting a flexible tube into the channel of an endoscope, it is necessary to grasp the tip end and pass it through the airtight device, but the resistance of the airtight device is large, making it difficult to insert the flexible tube into the channel of the endoscope. The problem is that it is slippery and difficult to insert. Furthermore, if the flexible tube is inserted while being strongly grasped to prevent fingers from slipping, problems such as deformation or breakage of the flexible tube may occur.

This invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a non-slip surface on at least the outer surface of the tip side of the flexible tube by chemically treating the outer surface to make it rough. The structure prevents slipping during operation, and the flexible tubule can be easily and reliably inserted into the channel of the endoscope with a small gripping force without causing deformation (collapse) or bending of the flexible tubule. The present invention aims to provide an endoscope treatment instrument that can be operated.

The present invention will be described below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. Reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1 is an endoscope, which has an eyepiece section 2 and a hand operation section 4 equipped with a curved operation section 3.
It is constructed by connecting an insertion section 6 having a curved section 5 on the distal end side. An observation optical system (not shown) and an illumination optical system (not shown) are inserted into the insertion section 6 so that the front of the insertion section 6 can be visually observed from the eyepiece section 2. It's getting old. Furthermore, within the insertion section 6, a channel 7 for inserting a treatment instrument is connected from the distal end of the insertion section 6 to the hand operation section 4.
It has been inserted for a long time. The entrance side of this channel 7 is connected to a treatment instrument introduction port 8 provided in the hand operation section 1, and through the treatment instrument introduction port 8a of this treatment instrument introduction port 8, an endoscopic treatment instrument,
For example, a contrast medium injection tube 9 can be inserted therein. Here, the treatment instrument inlet 8a will be explained. As shown in FIG. are provided in two layers, forming an inlet structure that prevents the pressure inside the body cavity from escaping to the outside through the channel 7. That is, the endoscope 1 is provided with an airtight device 11.

On the other hand, an endoscopic treatment instrument which is the gist of the present invention;
For example, the contrast medium injection tube 9 is designed as shown in FIG. That is, the contrast medium injection tube 9 is connected to the stylet 12 and the base 13.
It is constructed by connecting a long and thin flexible tube 15 made of Teflon, for example, to a main body 14 equipped with Place the tube into the cap 1
Tube 1 by connecting to 3 and injecting
5, the contrast medium can be introduced into the body cavity. The entire outer surface of the tube 15 is roughened by, for example, a chemical treatment such as tetra-edge treatment, forming a rough surface 16 having a large number of minute irregularities to prevent slipping.

When a contrast medium is injected into a body cavity using the contrast medium injection tube 9 configured as described above, the insertion section 6 of the endoscope 1 is first inserted into the body cavity. After the insertion operation is completed, the contrast medium injection tube 9 is inserted. This insertion operation is performed by grasping near the tip of the tube 15 with fingers, since there is considerable resistance in the airtight device 11 of the endoscope 1. When passing the airtight device 11 (as shown in FIG. 2), the airtight device 11 is passed through with a small gripping force by pushing using the frictional force between the rough surface 16 and the finger. Once the tip of the tube 9 has passed, the above-described pushing operation is repeated until the tip of the tube 9 protrudes from the tip of the insertion section 6 of the endoscope 1. Thereafter, when performing a treatment, the contrast medium may be injected into the tube 9 with a syringe while adjusting the amount of protrusion of the tube 9 using a similar operation.

Therefore, when inserting the tube 9 and advancing or retracting it, the rough surface 16 provided on the tube 9 makes it difficult for the operating fingers to slip, and a small gripping force is enough to generate sufficient pushing or pulling force. This allows the tube 9 to be easily and reliably inserted into the channel 7 of the endoscope 1 without being deformed (collapsed) or bent, including when passing through the airtight device 11. It is.

In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, a rough surface was provided on the entire outer surface of the tube to prevent slipping.
As shown in the figure, a rough surface 16 having a large number of minute irregularities may be provided only at the tip of the tube 9. With this structure in which the anti-slip feature is provided only at the distal end, the tube 9 can be inserted smoothly by utilizing the operation required to pass through the airtight device 11, which requires the most force. Moreover, since the outer surface of the tube 9 other than the distal end remains slippery, the friction with the channel 7 does not become large, which also contributes to improving the ease of insertion of the tube 9.

Further, in the above-described embodiments, the present invention is applied to a contrast medium injection tube, but it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to this and can be applied to a dispersion tube and other endoscopic treatment tools equipped with flexible tubules.

As explained above, according to the present invention, at least the outer surface of the tip side of the flexible tube to be inserted into the channel of the endoscope is provided with a non-slip surface formed by chemically processing the outer surface to make it rough. When inserting and removing a flexible tube into an endoscope, the operating fingers should not easily slip, and sufficient pushing or pulling force can be obtained with a small gripping force. The flexible tube can be easily and reliably inserted into the endoscope through the airtight device provided in the endoscope without deforming (collapsing) or bending the flexible tube. In addition, the structure is extremely simple because the flexible thin tube is provided with a non-slip mechanism.
