Claims (1)
- 煮上つた油麺が供給される回動自在な前受け槽
と、この前受け槽内の油麺より水分を吸収排除す
る装置と、前記前受け槽の後方に回動自在に配設
された後受け槽と、前記前受け槽を回動させ内部
の油麺を前記後受け槽に移す駆動装置と、前記後
受け槽内の油麺に油を供給する油供給パイプと、
前記後受け槽内の油麺と油とを掻き混ぜる装置と
を備えたことを特徴とする油麺自動油吹き、油混
ぜ機。
