DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a rain gutter, in which an intermediate resin layer 2 containing a large amount of filler is applied over the entire outer surface of a core material 1, and the entire outer surface of the intermediate resin layer 2 is weather-resistant. The present invention relates to a rain gutter characterized by being coated with a surface resin layer 3 having excellent properties.

Conventionally, this type of rain gutter was formed by covering the entire outer surface of a core material made of a thin metal plate with a surface resin layer with excellent weather resistance. The core material reinforced the rain gutter, and the surface resin layer The core material was protected from rainwater and sunlight, creating a rain gutter with excellent appearance and strength. However, when this rain gutter is used and the rain gutter is heated by sunlight, etc., the surface resin layer and the internal core material have a large difference in linear expansion coefficient, so the surface resin layer will shrink due to thermal expansion and contraction of each. There was a problem in that the surface resin layer was easily peeled off from the core material due to misalignment between the surface resin layer and the core material.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a rain gutter that can prevent the surface resin layer from peeling off from the core material.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. Figure 1 shows an example of an eaves gutter, where the core material 1 has a thickness of 0.1
It is formed by curving a metal foil plate of ~0.3 mm into a substantially U-shape. An intermediate resin layer 2 is coated on the entire inner and outer surfaces of the core material 1. This intermediate resin layer 2 contains a large amount of filler such as calcium carbonate or wood flour, thereby reducing the linear expansion coefficient of the intermediate resin layer 2. The surface resin layer 3 contains only a small amount of the above-mentioned filler or no filler to improve weather resistance, and is coated on the entire inner and outer surfaces of the intermediate resin layer 2. Furthermore, ears 4 are integrally formed with the surface resin layer 3 on both outer sides of the upper end of the curved intermediate resin layer 2 .

Therefore, an intermediate resin layer 2 is interposed between the inner core material 1 and the surface resin layer 3, and the intermediate resin layer 2
The value of the linear expansion coefficient decreases because it contains a large amount of filler, and is located between the linear expansion coefficient of the core material 1 and the linear expansion coefficient of the surface resin layer 3. The difference in linear expansion coefficient between the layer 3 and the intermediate resin layer 2 and the difference in the linear expansion coefficient between the intermediate resin layer 3 and the core material 1 can be reduced. Therefore, even if the rain gutter is used under the eaves or the like and expands and contracts due to heat, the difference in expansion and contraction between the surface resin layer 3 and the intermediate resin layer 2 and the expansion and contraction between the intermediate resin layer 2 and the core material 1 will be reduced. The difference can be made small, and there is no possibility that the respective layers will shift and cause delamination. Furthermore, by incorporating a large amount of filler, the material cost of the intermediate resin layer 2 can be lowered, and the heat resistance can also be improved. Examples of the composition of the intermediate resin layer 2 include the following.

Polyvinyl chloride 100 parts by weight Plasticizer (DOP) 5 〃 Lead stearate 2 〃 Wax 1 〃 Pigment 0.5 〃 In addition, Fig. 2 shows an application to a vertical trough, where an intermediate layer is placed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical core material 1. A resin layer 2 is applied,
Furthermore, a surface resin layer 3 is adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate resin layer 2. In this case as well, the intermediate resin layer 2 can alleviate the difference in thermal expansion and contraction between the surface resin layer 3 and the core material 1.

As described above, the present invention covers the entire outer surface of the core material with an intermediate resin layer containing a large amount of filler, and covers the entire outer surface of the intermediate resin layer with a surface resin layer having excellent weather resistance. By interposing an intermediate resin layer whose coefficient of linear expansion has been reduced by blending a large amount of filler between the core material and the surface resin layer, the difference in coefficient of linear expansion between the surface resin layer and the intermediate resin layer can be reduced. The difference in linear expansion coefficient between the intermediate resin layer and the core material can be reduced, and even if the rain gutter expands or contracts due to heat, the difference in thermal expansion or contraction between the surface resin layer and the core material is buffered by the intermediate resin layer. This allows the surface resin layer to be reliably bonded to the core material without peeling off.
