1はブローポツト、3はシールゲート、4は輸
送管、5はエアーナイフ、6はエアーベントバル
ブ、7はシヤツトバルブ、8はコンプレツサー、
13はプレツシヤーバルブ、14はエアーナイフ
バルブ、18は制御装置、Gは粉粒体。

Claims (1)
ツトの下端口に連なる輸送管と、輸送管の途中に
設けたエアーナイフに供給することによつて、ブ
ローポツトに収容した粉粒体を輸送管を通してプ
ラグ輸送する様に構成した装置に於いて、上記エ
アーナイフよりも手前側の輸送管にシヤツトバル
ブを取付け、また、上記ブローポツトにはエアー
ベルトバルブを取付けて、これ等シヤツトバルブ
とエアーベントバルブを開閉する制御装置に、停
電が発生するとシヤツトバルブを閉鎖し、電源復
帰時にはエアーベントバルブを一定時間開き、且
つ、上記エアーナイフに加圧気体を送つて輸送管
内に残留する粉粒体を輸送した後、上記シヤツト
バルブを開放して輸送を再開せしめる停電用制御
手段を設けたことを特徴とする粉粒体用高圧輸送
装置。 (2) 前記請求項(1)記載の輸送装置に於いて、上
記輸送管に取付けたシヤツトバルブを開閉する制
御装置に、輸送終了時にシヤツトバルブを一旦閉
鎖し、ブローポツトを所定圧力に加圧した後、再
び上記のシヤツトバルブを開放してブローポツト
及び輸送管内に残留している粉粒体を排出圧送せ
しめる残留粉粒体処理手段を設けたことを特徴と
