時の動作によつて揺れて作業がしにくかつた。 As is well known, window sash shoji installed on the outdoor side of buildings must be cleaned when they become dirty. Although the inner surface of the sash on the indoor side can be easily cleaned, it is difficult to clean the outside surface of the sash on the outdoor side. When cleaning, people would either remove the shoji and clean it, lean forward from the inside to the outside to clean, or hang a gondola from the roof to the outside of the satsushi and clean from inside the gondola. However, it is structurally impossible to remove the shoji from the indoor side, and it is extremely dangerous to lean out from the indoor side to the outdoor side to clean it, and moreover, you can only clean within your reach. Furthermore, in order to clean with a gondola, an expensive gondola moving lifting device must be installed on the rooftop, which cannot be installed in buildings with a small number of floors, and since the gondola is suspended from the rooftop, it is susceptible to wind pressure and It swayed during cleaning, making it difficult to work.
そこでこの考案は、障子をサツシ枠より取外す

The main body 17 of the upper metal fitting E is inserted and fixed into the hollow part 4a from the upper part of one of the left and right vertical frames 4A, 4B forming the shoji B, and the upper metal fitting E is inserted and fixed.
After protruding the head 7 above the upper end of the stile 4,
The base body 18 of the lower metal fitting F is inserted and fixed into the hollow part 4a from the lower side of the same vertical stile 4 to form a sliding vertical stile 4A, and the other vertical stile 4 is made into a free vertical stile 4B without attaching the upper and lower fittings E and F. I'll leave it as that. Also, the upper frame 2 that constitutes the satsushi frame A
A support 19 is attached to the outdoor side of the lower frame 3 at a position close to one of the vertical frames 1', and one end of the swinging rod 9 is pivotally supported on this support 19.
Then, fit the shoji B from the outdoor side, and at that time, insert the head 7 of the upper metal fitting E attached to the sliding vertical stile 4A into the groove 22 of the upper frame 2, and insert the head 7 of the upper metal fitting E attached to the sliding vertical stile 4A into the door car inner box 8b of the lower metal fitting F. The groove wheel 8c, which is pivotally supported by the groove wheel 8c, is mounted on the lower frame rail 32 so that it can run along the groove 22 of the upper frame 2 and the lower frame rail 32, and the head 7 of the upper metal fitting E and the adjustable door wheel 8 of the lower metal fitting F are placed on the lower frame rail 32. The vertical stile 4B side is made to be able to swing in and out toward the outside around the center. Next, Satsushi upper frame 2
The flexible vertical stile 4B is pushed out to the outside of the room centering on the sliding vertical stile 4A that runs along the groove 22 and the lower frame rail 32, and the shoji B is appropriately opened like a door. One end of a swinging rod 9 is pivotally supported on the sash frame A, and the other end of the swinging rod 9 is pivotally supported at the center of the outer periphery of the

Fit the shoji B to the sash frame A from the outdoor side, and attach the head 7 of the upper bracket E attached to the sliding vertical stile 4A to the upper frame 2.
After inserting it into the groove 22 of the lower bracket F and placing the adjustable door wheel 8 of the lower bracket F on the lower frame rail 32 and making the sliding vertical stile 4A travelable, the adjustable vertical stile 4B is pushed out to the outdoor side and opened as appropriate. The other end of the swinging rod 9 that is pivotally supported on the shoji B is attached to the vertical frame 1' on the outdoor side of the sash upper frame 2 and lower frame 3.
It is pivotally supported on a support 19 installed at a position close to. After fitting the shoji B and installing the swinging rod 9, turn the adjustment bolt 27 of the upper bracket E attached to the swinging rod 4A to adjust the insertion amount of the head 7 into the groove 22 of the upper frame 2. As shown in the figure, in order to open the shoji B and reverse its inner and outer surfaces, first push out the vertical stile 4B of the shoji B toward the outside, and then a sash will be placed at the center of the outer periphery of the upper and lower sills 5 and 6. A swinging rod 9 that rotates with the frame A as a fixed fulcrum P1 is attached, and the swinging rod 4A of the shoji B
is able to travel along the groove 22 of the upper frame 2 and the lower frame rail 32, and is also rotatable around the upper and lower fittings E and F attached to the sliding vertical stile 4A, so it resembles a parallel motion mechanism similar to a Scotstratz cell. As shown, the sliding vertical stile 4A is a sliding pair, and there is a gap between the sliding vertical stile 4A and the movable fulcrum P 2 of the swinging rod 9, between the movable fulcrum P 2 and the free fulcrum 4B, and between the movable fulcrum P 2 and the fixed fulcrum. Since the distances between P1 and P1 are approximately equal, as the flexible vertical stile 4B is pushed out to the outdoor side, it is linearly released from the sash frame A toward the outdoor side as shown in Fig. 7, and as the sash frame B is opened, the swinging frame 9 rotates toward the outdoor side around the fixed fulcrum P1 , and the sliding vertical stile 4A travels toward the fixed fulcrum P1 side of the swinging rod 9, and when it travels near the fixed fulcrum P1 , the shoji B opens from the sash frame A at right angles toward the outdoor side. If the vertical frame 4B of the shoji B, which has been opened to the right angle, is rotated so as to incline toward the vertical frame 1 that is far from the fixed fulcrum P 1 , the shoji B will become a sliding vertical frame that has traveled to the fixed fulcrum P 1 side. The stile 4A rotates in the direction of the room, and as the shoji B rotates, the swinging rod 9 swings toward the inside of the sash frame A, and the inner surface b 1 and the outer surface b 2 of the shoji B It is closed in the inverted state as shown in Figure 2. You can return to the original state by performing the above operation in reverse.

The other side is a sliding vertical stile that can move in and out, and the other side is a flexible vertical stile that can swing inward and outward directions around the sliding vertical stile. A swing rod is pivotally supported between the shoji and the outside so that the inside and outside surfaces of the shoji can be turned over from the indoor side, so the inside and outside surfaces of the shoji can be safely and easily cleaned indoors. Of course, opening/closing and reversing the shoji is also extremely easy. In particular, when the shoji is closed, it can be pulled toward the indoor side and come into close contact with the tight material of the sash frame, and the airtight piece provided on the arc wall of the vertical frame touches the vertical frame, so even if the shoji is reversed inside and out, it is airtight. Highly effective. In addition, it is easy to attach the upper and lower metal fittings to the shoji frame, the swing rods to the shoji frame and the sash frame, and it is easy to attach and remove the shoji from the sash frame, so cleaning the outside surface of the shoji is difficult and dangerous. It has a particularly beneficial effect as a window sash for high-rise buildings.
