３ｂは反射超音波、５は超音波受信体、６は液体
、６ａは液面である。

Claims (1)
- 容器１内に収容された液体６と、前記容器１に
設けられ前記液体６の液面６ａに向けて超音波を
発射する超音波発信体３と、前記容器１に設けら
れ前記液面６ａで反射された前記超音波発信体３
から発射された超音波３ａの反射超音波３ｂを受
信するための超音波受信体５とを備え、前記超音
波受信体５により前記反射超音波３ｂの位相の偏
位を検出することにより、前記容器１の傾斜状態
を検出するようにしたことを特徴とする傾斜計。
