Claims (1)
- 装置本体の内部に設けた加熱室と、この加熱室
上部外側に赤外線透過性の管体内に発熱線を挿通
したヒーター装置を備え、上記加熱室上部を形成
する加熱室上板に赤外線透過穴を有し、また加熱
室上板の下側に設けた赤外線透過性の平板を保持
する固定金具を備えた高周波加熱装置において、
前記加熱室上板４に段８を設け、固定金具７と加
熱室上板４との段差をなくすと共に、固定金具７
に折返し９を形成したことを特徴とする高周波加
熱装置。
