Claims (1)
- 高抵抗器と駆動信号が入力されると入出力端子
間を閉じ前記駆動信号が入力されないと前記入出
力端子間を開く回路開閉器とからなる直列回路の
複数個と、すべての前記直列回路の各一端が共通
に接続された第１端子と共通電位部に接続された
第２端子とからなる出力端子と、電源端子を有し
、かつ基準電圧を発生して前記基準電圧を前記電
源端子と前記共通電位部との間に印加する基準電
圧発生部と、前記直列回路ごとに設けられ、かつ
前記駆動信号が入力されると前記直列回路の他端
を前記電源端子に接続し前記駆動信号が入力され
ないと前記直列回路の他端を前記共通電位部に接
続する回路切換器と、前記直列回路を一個づつ選
択し、この選択した前記直列回路に連なる前記回
路開閉器及び前記回路切換器の各々に前記駆動信
号を出力する直列回路選択部とを備え、前記直列
回路選択部によつて選択された前記直列回路に応
じた微小電流をこの選択された前記直列回路を介
して前記基準電圧発生部から前記出力端子に接続
された負荷に出力することを特徴とする微小電流
発生装置。
