Description
第１図は、本考案の実施例に係る熱間加工用金
型において、下パンチと外パンチ、内パンチ内に
試料を充填した状態を示す断面図である。第２図
は、第１図の熱間加工用金型において試料が７０
０°Ｃの真空下で、内パンチにより熱間成形され
た状態を示す断面図である。第３図は第１図の熱
間加工用金型において外パンチを試料の上端まで
引き上げた状態を示す断面図である。第４図は第
１図の熱間加工用金型において外パンチ及び内パ
ンチを同時に下降させ、７００°Ｃの真空下で試
料をダイアプセツトした状態を示す断面図である
。 図中１はダイ、２は外パンチ、３は内パンチ、
４は試料、５は下パンチを示している。

Claims (1)
- 外パンチと、内パンチと、該外パンチ及び該内
パンチに対向して配された下パンチと、該外パン
チ、該内パンチ、及び該下パンチによつて挾まれ
る空間部の周囲にわたつて配されたダイとを有し
、原料粉末を前記外パンチ内に充填して前記内パ
ンチで熱間圧縮成形し、前記外パンチと前記内パ
ンチの夫々の加圧面を一平面にそろえて熱間据え
込み加工することを可能としたことを特徴とする
熱間加工用金型。
