流出金属に高圧流体を噴射するノズルとから成る
金属粉粒体を製造するアトマイズ装置において、 噴射ノズルを設置したデツキの下方からタンデ
イツシユを押しあげて上下移動させる複数の昇降
装置と、 該タンデイツシユを載置し該デツキ上の前記複
数の昇降装置間を進退自在に水平往復移動するシ
ヤトルバー水平移動装置と、 前記１つの昇降装置の中心部に設置した水ノズ
ルの直上に位置し、所定位置にタンデイツシユを
固定する座台と を備えたことを特徴とするタンデイツシユ交換
装置を備えたアトマイズ装置。
