するものにおいて、前記光フアイバの線速変化に
伴う物理量の変化を検出するセンサと、このセン
サの出力信号に基づいて、前記線速が低下したと
きは、前記樹脂のコーテイングダイスへの供給圧
力を減少させ、前記線速が上昇したときは、前記
樹脂のコーテイングダイスへの供給圧力を増加さ
せる樹脂圧制御部を備えたことを特徴とする光フ
