Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転自在に設けられた像担持体と、前記像
担持体表面を一様に帯電する帯電手段と、一様帯
電させた前記表面に画像情報に応じ静電潜像を形
成する静電潜像形成手段と、前記静電潜像を現像
剤により顕像化する現像手段と、前記顕像を転写
器により転写材上に転写する転写手段と、前記像
担持体表面に転写促進用微粉体を付着させる手段
とから成る画像形成プロセスを備え、前記画像形
成プロセスを繰返し実施することにより画像を得
る画像形成装置において、前記転写促進用微粉体
の転写促進効能劣化状態を検出する手段を設けた
ことを特徴とする画像形成装置。 (2) 前記転写促進用微粉体は疎水性シリカであ
る請求項１記載の画像形成装置。
