面図及び正面図である。 図において、１はカバー、２はケース、３は入
力接栓、４は出力接栓、５は誘電体基板、６は
波パターン、７は誘電体ねじ、８は固定用ナツト
を示す。尚、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部
分を示す。

- マイクロストリツプ線路で構成されたマイクロ
波波器のケースに誘電体製ねじが貫通可能な穴
を開けた誘電体基板を取り付け、ケース底部から
誘電体製ねじ及び固定用ナツトを設けたことを特
徴とするマイクロ波波器。
